Our Process with Integrity

Initial Assessment

First and foremost, we want to get to know you, your construction needs and goals. The initial meeting helps us get the details of the project, establish budgets and estimated timeframes for completion. This is an important part of our process as this initial discussion helps us understand the homeowner’s vision and if it aligns with budget and planning requirements.

We pride ourselves on working transparently so we can ensure we set parameters at the onset.

Quotation

If you are interested in doing business with us, we will provide a detailed quote and concept to reflect our initial assessment. This will include the complete scope of the project and drawings of what will be done. We will also provide a written contract that will outline our agreement as well as a payment structure, change orders, site conditions, guarantees and other assurances.

Project Planning and Design

Once the quotation is accepted and the agreement is signed, planning for your project begins. This is a fun and exciting time, but also a critical part of the process. We start to order materials and schedule trades, so it is important we work together to meet the timelines set out to get the work underway.

Preparing your home

This is when we prepare your home for construction. If we are working on part of your home, we set up temporary partitions, protect the floors and tools and other supplies are brought into the construction area. If we are building, this is when we start to barricade the perimeter of the property and safeguard our site and the neighbours. Work begins with demolition and preparations are made for rough-in construction such as plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems and rough carpentry.

Construction

We work diligently to complete the work and are constantly in contact with homeowners to update on progress. This is truly when the project comes together, and you will start to see the elements being finished.

Completion

Once the project is complete, we walk you through the work and you provide final approval.
